They may have one or two more in Marketing Operations, but they are usually all working flat-out to keep pace with a stream of feature requests, while solving unforeseen problems with individual orders, opportunities or processes.

That requires RevOps leadership; a Director or VP who can translate the needs of the C-Suite into an ordered roadmap and then give the team the air-cover to let them deliver.
